1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EstateHub ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate name, email and phone details when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Agent accounts are subject to verification and approval; we may suspend accounts for fraud, impersonation or policy violations.
• One account per person or agency unless we approve otherwise.

3. Listings

• Agents must only list properties they are authorised to market, with accurate price, area, location and photographs.
• Listings must not contain misleading claims, third-party copyrighted material, or prohibited content.
• Listings expire per platform settings and may require renewal or credits to remain published.
• We may edit, reject, unpublish or remove any listing that violates these terms.

4. Credits and Paid Services

• Credit packages and featured-listing upgrades are sold to verified agents as described at purchase.
• Credits are consumed when applied to listings and are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed via our payment partner; failed or unconfirmed payments do not activate credits.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Moderation

• All agent listings and reviews may be moderated before or after publication.
• We may approve, reject (with a reason), hide or delete content that is inaccurate, unlawful, abusive or spam.
• Repeated violations may lead to suspension of the agent account and forfeiture of unused promotional benefits.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to scrape the site at abusive rates, attempt unauthorised access, post unlawful content, or interfere with the service. We may rate-limit, block or report abuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

EstateHub is a listing portal, not a party to any buyer-seller or landlord-tenant transaction. We do not warrant the accuracy of third-party listings. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered office in India.
