• Agent profile data: display name, agency, licence number, bio, photos, service areas.
• Listing data: property details, images, floor plans, location and pricing you submit.
• Interaction data: enquiries, viewing requests, favourites, saved searches, and reviews.
• Technical data: device, browser, IP address, and usage logs needed for security and fraud prevention.

2. How We Use Data

• To operate the portal: publish listings, route enquiries to agents, and manage reviews.
• To authenticate users, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• To process credit-package payments and reconcile transactions with our payment partner.
• To send transactional emails (enquiry confirmations, saved-search alerts, password resets).
• To improve search relevance and measure aggregate usage — never to sell your personal data.

3. Sharing

When you enquire about a property, we share your name, contact details and message with the listing agent so they can respond. We share limited payment metadata with our payment gateway to complete purchases. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

4. Cookies

• Essential cookies keep you signed in, remember CSRF tokens, and protect forms.
• Preference cookies remember filters such as city or purpose (buy vs rent).
• You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in and search preferences may stop working.

5. Data Retention and Your Rights

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by Indian law (for example, transaction records). You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and fraud-prevention exceptions.
